PHYLLIS IRENE MACKENZIE (nee BULLIED) After a short but courageous battle with cancer, our beloved Mother and Nana passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2000 in Burnaby B.C. She was predeceased by her husband Jack in 1990. Phyllis leaves to cherish her memory and her legacy of love her son Rick and his wife Jackie; daughter Sharon and husband Ron Wood and grandchildren, Carmin, Jared, Colin and his wife Jill, Heather and Leigh. Her grandchildren brought her such joy and each of them spent many priceless times with their Nana. She will also be forever missed by her sister Joyce (Bob) brother Jack (Gwen) sisters-in-law, Marie (Jack), Betty, Mildred, and Molly. Phyllis held a very special place in the hearts of her many nieces and nephews and enjoyed spending time with all of them. Mom made many friends throughout her life and we know those friends will cherish their memories of this special lady. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Phylliss life will be held in Winnipeg and Pelican Bay in the Spring 2001. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice. The family wishes to extend their thanks for all the phone calls, letters, and flowers over the past few months and Mom appreciated each of them.
